Captain Joe Hilker is a fully licensed U.S.C.G Capt. and has 40 years of experience fishing the Great South Bay and surrounding areas. His extensive knowledge of the ocean will put you on the fish. Our specialties are fishing for striped bass and local reefs and wrecks for black fish, black sea bass, and all other reef fish.
