Capt. Joe Hilker is a fully licensed U.S.C.G Capt. and has almost 40 years experience fishing the Great South Bay and surrounding areas. His knowledge of the local bay and ocean will put you on the fish. Some of Capt. Joe's specialties are fishing for striped bass and locals reefs and wrecks for black fish.
